- A research agency ran an investigation on clients from every department we have. Their research was to find out how many of our clients would recommend us to their friends and business colleagues. Apparently, this is the ultimate test of satisfaction.
Our results were given to us as a Net Promoter Score of 71. To put this number into perspective, First Direct Bank, regarded as the country’s best performing bank, had a Net Promoter score of 41 at the time of the research.
And our score was the highest ever found by the research agency.
Although flattered by this research, we did not think that it was enough. So to test the way we give you legal services even further, we voluntarily applied for a range of the world’s leading quality marks including:
