About the role
The successful candidate will work for the Family Law team, carrying out the full range of PA/Legal Secretary duties together with a variety of administrative tasks involving a high level of client contact.
You will have at least 12 months previous experience of working as a Family PA/Legal Secretary for more than one fee-earner.
You will be engaging, client-focused, have excellent communications skills and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
You will also have a proactive, hardworking approach, have the ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working as part of a team in a culture that is highly-focused, but friendly and supportive.
You should enjoy working with and be very comfortable in using a variety of IT software packages, including Microsoft Office.
