East Midlands’ advisors, Flint Bishop and Skye Corporate Finance, have advised the sellers of First Hosted Limited (FHL) on their sale to audit, tax and consultancy giant, RSM UK.
FHL is a multi-award winning Netsuite partner, providing customised Netsuite products, solutions and services to clients in Europe and beyond. RSM’s acquisition of FHL makes them the largest Netsuite partner across Europe, with a team of almost 100, providing clients with both greater reach through RSM’s the UK and global network, and a breadth of skills and capabilities that ensure greater collaboration with the businesses its serves.
