Flint Bishop Solicitors has fought off stiff competition and has received a double nomination at this years’ Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) awards.
The firm, which has been nominated for eight awards this year, has now scooped the nominations in ‘Third Party Debt Collection Team of the Year’ and ‘Legal Team of the Year’ at this year’s CICM awards.
Of the nominations at the firm, the Debt Recovery and Litigation Teams have taken six and have been highly commended at recent ceremonies. This is due to their rapid expansion which enables them to offer a bespoke and high profile service. The team has grown considerably in the last twelve months and continues to go from strength to strength as it takes on untouched markets and high value household name clients.
The awards are organised by CICM which is Europe’s largest professional association for the credit community. CICM was formed over 75 years ago and was granted its Royal Charter in early 2014.
Qamer Ghafoor, Managing Partner of Commercial Services and Head of Litigation is one of only a few Legal 500 recognised leading lawyers in the region and heads up both the Debt Recovery and Litigation team. Qamer said “The debt recovery department continues to embark on a major growth strategy as we take on new clients. Not only are we growing at an exceptional rate, we are now branching out to new markets which leading debt collection agencies would ordinarily fill.
These two nominations are an excellent close to a very successful year.”
