Since qualifying, William has gained experience in a wide variety of areas including private equity funded transactions, joint ventures, complex group restructurings and high-value facility agreements. William’s depth of exposure to M&A transactions provides him with a strong ability in this sphere of work where he advises on general negotiations and deal structuring.
