So how much will my school pay for HR support?
We offer a number of different fixed price HR packages. We generally match the price of the Local Authority HR services and in many cases we are cheaper. We will tailor a package that suits your needs.
The Basic Costs of our HR services for schools
Option One: Fixed Hours The first option is for you to buy a block of hours from us over a 12 month period. You can choose between 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36 hours over 12 months. Any unused hours will carry over into the next month but will expire at the end of the 12 month period. If you exceed the allocated hours in the 12 month period, additional HR advice and support is available at a fixed hourly rate of just £140 per hour. If your purchase either a 24 or 26 hour package, you will also have the option to ‘upgrade’ to an unlimited hours package if required. The benefit of this means that, if you use your hours but find you suddenly have an issue that will take you over your allocated hours, you already know what the cost will be. We will provide you with a minimum and maximum cost for our support over 12months. Option Two: Unlimited Hours Alternatively, we can offer your school unlimited HR support. There are two main benefits with this, the first is that you’ll have unlimited access to your own dedicated solicitor, and second, the price for this is fixed per month so you know what you’re paying over a 12 month period.
