Commercial & Data Protection
We are experts in dealing with all aspects of commercial contract advice and drafting across a range of agreements from standard conditions of sale to the most complicated outsourcing arrangements.
Our commercial contract lawyers frequently work with managing directors and finance directors in organisations of all types and sizes, from owner-managed businesses to global PLCs, operating in a range of sectors.
In addition, we provide data protection support from the drafting of policies and procedures, through to advising on issues as they arise. We also regularly provide training on GDPR, data protection and intellectual property both to clients directly and to a wider audience at open events.
Many of our solicitors have an in-depth knowledge of working within a range of different industries having undertaken secondments at multi-national blue-chip companies. This has given them valuable experience of working with and understanding the requirements of the pressures faced by in-house counsel.
