We have recently announced two senior appointments following a significant period of growth and continuous recruitment drive.
Joining our Commercial Property team as a partner, Sanveer Sandhu is a highly accomplished real estate solicitor with over 12 years’ experience of working in top 50 and top 10 UK law firms. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of commercial property work including dealing with acquisitions, lettings and disposals of investment portfolios, property development, corporate support, and banking and finance work.
Sanveer has acted for some of the largest national and international companies across several sectors including retail, leisure, finance, and utilities, with a particular expertise in the energy sector having dealt with some of the largest solar, biomass, gas generator and battery storage projects in the country, with a typical developed value of between £20-£80m.
Sanveer’s arrival is our seventh partner appointment in the last year and the fifth senior lateral high into the Commercial Property team during the same period.
Martin has over 14 years of experience advising organisations on all aspects of employment law across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, health, education and charity.
He has a particular interest in matters involving discrimination and mental health in the workplace and regularly conducts litigation relating to unfair dismissal claims, TUPE rights and discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
In addition to his fee earning work, Martin also takes part in client seminars and presents at external training events on developments in employment law, best practice, and practical guidance on approaching difficult employment issues.
