Revealing a raft of promotions and new hires

The firm has promoted Louise Easthope to Partner and Head of Employment.

Beth Bearder, William Bowler, Andrew Whiting and William Harper have also been promoted to Senior Associates.

Having joined as an employment solicitor in 2017, Louise was quickly promoted to Associate and now joins the partnership taking the total number of partners at the firm to 19.

Louise will play a key role in managing the ongoing growth and development of the employment team and will be joined by four new hires in the coming months. She comments on her promotion:

In addition to building on our current successes, I am also delighted to be welcoming four new solicitors into the team, who will be critical to our future plans and to continue to develop our strong client relationships.”

We have also announced a further five promotions across our debt recovery teams, including three team leaders and two senior legal assistants.
