Paul Sabin advises on all types and complexities of commercial and agricultural property transactions, including conditional sale agreements, lease and tenancy agreements, land acquisitions and disposals, option agreements and overage agreements.
Working with clients throughout the UK, Paul is recognised for his clear, diligent, friendly, open and proactive approach to delivering legal advice.
He also frequently supports landlords and tenants with their property and estate management requirements, often completing matters within strict and tight deadlines.

Paul completed his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Leicester and then completed his post-graduate Common Professional Examination in Law and his Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, whilst employed by the firm.
