Amelia Gale advises clients on preparing all types of wills, as well as dealing with estate administration.

She particularly specialises in assisting vulnerable individuals, obtaining deputyship orders from the Court of Protection to protect the interests of incapacitated and vulnerable individuals.

Amelia also regularly acts on behalf of deputies once they are appointed by the Court to help them manage the person’s finances in accordance with the Court’s requirements.

She also advises clients in protecting assets for future generations, ensuring that inheritance is protected from the risks associated with death, divorce or bankruptcy.

Amelia is experienced in sensitively dealing with vulnerable clients and is an Associate Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.

Having completed a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Leeds, Amelia went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the Birmingham University of Law.
