Andrew Mitchell is Head of Operations in our debt services team, joining the firm in 2025.

With over 25 years of experience in the utilities industry, Andrew brings deep expertise in operational leadership and collections strategy. His strategic insight and process-driven approach have consistently delivered strong improvements in collections performance.

In his current role, Andrew works closely with our leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of our debt services division. He focuses on strengthening team dynamics, aligning colleague engagement with client performance expectations, and driving service delivery improvements through innovation and technology.

Andrew’s career spans a wide range of senior roles, primarily within E.ON UK and E.ON NEXT, where he led large teams and implemented significant changes to collections and credit management functions.

During his time at E.ON, Andrew led several initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. He played a key role in the transition of the E.ON Residential business to E.ON NEXT, implementing new systems and leadership structures to support long-term success. Additionally, he was instrumental in driving improvements in collections performance and reducing bad debt charges.

Andrew’s leadership style is defined by transparency, setting clear goals, and empowering his teams to take bold risks and exceed targets. He is passionate about creating high-performing teams and fostering an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential. His track record in operational efficiency and focus on improving client outcomes continues to contribute to the ongoing success of our Debt Services division.
