Damian Harrison is an Associate in our Finance Dispute Resolution team, having joined in 2025.

He manages his own caseload of complex residential property repossession matters, taking cases from initial instructions through to resolution. As part of his role Damian drafts pleadings and applications, liaises with clients, courts, and third-party agents, and provides practical and strategic advice to help achieve successful outcomes.

In addition to his technical work, Damian plays a key role in supporting the wider team, offering guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues and contributing to training initiatives. His experience and skills strengthen Flint Bishop’s Finance Dispute Resolution department, helping to maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and client satisfaction across the region.

Damian brings over 20 years of experience in debt recovery and litigation.

He has held senior roles at Schofield Sweeney and Lupton Fawcett, managing teams and overseeing complex caseloads for major financial institutions, blue-chip companies, local authorities, and government agencies.

His work spans secured and unsecured debt recovery, property possession proceedings, insolvency matters, and client relationship management. Damian also contributes to process improvement and training, making him a highly skilled and well-rounded practitioner.
