His expertise covers property matters, faculty procedures, safeguarding, the ordination and licensing of clergy, pastoral reorganisation, and occasional offices including baptisms, marriages, and funerals. He also handles churchyard issues such as memorials and exhumations, and provides guidance to PCCs, churchwardens, and clergy discipline matters.

In addition to his work within the Church of England, David acts for other Christian denominations and charities, advising on property and charity matters. His practical approach ensures that clients understand complex ecclesiastical law and can make informed decisions to manage their affairs effectively.
