Grace, joined Flint Bishop’s Commercial Property team as a Trainee Solicitor in 2025.

Currently completing her second seat, she is committed to providing clients with practical, commercially-minded advice, understanding that each client’s ideal resolution is unique to them and their business. Grace takes a thoughtful approach to commercial disputes and property matters, ensuring that advice is realistic and aimed at achieving the best possible outcomes.

She is also passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, reflecting her approachable and collaborative style.

Prior to her training contract, Grace worked as a Paralegal at Lupton Fawcett, gaining experience in Employment and Dispute Management.

She has completed her first and second seats in Commercial Property, developing a foundation in commercial property law and practical transactional work.

Alongside her legal training, Grace has held leadership roles in professional organisations, serving as Chair of the Sheffield and District Law Society Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and as Events Representative for the Sheffield and District JLD committee.

She was also named Mentor of the Year 2024 with the Sheffield Hallam mentoring scheme, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and developing others in the legal community.
