Kirsten is highly experienced in advising on all aspects of will drafting, planning for later life, tax planning, trust establishment and the administration of estates and trusts. She regularly advises clients on the implications of inheritance tax when dealing with large estates and trusts, as well as lifetime planning.

Kirsten can also advise on issues of domicile and is experienced in dealing with estates which include overseas assets.

Working in conjunction with our Corporate & Finance team, Kirsten advises business owners on how to manage multi-million-pound assets to minimise inheritance tax exposure. She also assists clients with agricultural assets in succession planning and estate administration.

Kirsten has been recommended by The Legal 500 and has also been recommended by Chambers and Partners as a leading individual for high-net-worth matters.s

Kirsten has been working within the area of wills, probate, tax and trusts since she completed her Postgraduate Law Diploma and Legal Practice Course at the York College of Law.
