Lewis Paull is an ambitious and driven trainee solicitor who joined Flint Bishop in 2022, initially as a collections advisor within the Debt Recovery department, before transferring to our Commercial Dispute Resolution department in 2025.

Lewis possesses a strong eagerness to expand his knowledge to develop a robust foundation in legal practice, equipping him with the skills necessary to excel in his role. This knowledge leads him to provide exemplary service to clients, consistently demonstrating his commitment to excellence. His proactive approach and dedication to his role have been key factors in his professional growth and success within the firm.

Since joining Flint Bishop, Lewis has gained broad experience across several teams within the Debt Recovery department.

Starting as a collections advisor, he built a strong foundation in client communication and debt recovery. He was later promoted to legal assistant in the litigation team, where he managed claims from issue through to enforcement and alternative dispute resolution.

Lewis has also contributed to the client services team, strengthening client relationships, and supported the complaint escalation team, enhancing his problem-solving and client care skills.

A key achievement includes recovering a £100,000 high-value debt, securing £10,000 weekly payments for the client.

In May 2025, Lewis began a seat in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team as part of his training contract, working on complex contractual disputes, residential possession claims, and contentious probate matters.
