Rebecca Smyth is a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Solicitor with a focus on dispute resolution.

She supports clients across a range of contentious matters, including probate disputes, residential possession claims, and contractual disagreements. Known for keeping clients informed and supported, Rebecca delivers clear, practical, and stress-free guidance while building strong client relationships.

Rebecca joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously trained at Lupton Fawcett.

She completed her LPC LLM at the University of Law with Distinction and entered the profession as a legal assistant in Residential Property in January 2021. During her first seat in Residential Property, she gained experience in sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, freehold reversions, and first registrations, acting as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring effective communication.

Her second seat in Dispute Resolution involves working on contentious probate claims, residential possession matters, and contractual disputes.
