Stephanie joined the firm as a Paralegal before securing a training contract in 2015. Stephanie qualified into the Employment as a Solicitor in December 2016.
During her training contract, Stephanie completed a secondment at one of the firm's key clients, Marston's PLC and therefore gained an extremely valuable insight into the internal workings of a commercial business.
Stephanie has a wealth of specialist experience in dealing with complex Employment Tribunal litigation and has attended a number of Employment Tribunal hearings to assist Counsel and therefore has a clear understanding of exactly how an Employment Tribunal wants a case to be prepared and presented to them. This experience and knowledge allow her to give clear and focused advice to clients on what to expect at an Employment Tribunal hearing.
