“The Corporate Team at Flint Bishop were the perfect advisors during the sales process. Rachel and William provided the shareholders with excellent advice and made the process as simple as possible. They took the time to understand our business and the personal aims of all the shareholders, and their assistance during the due diligence process was invaluable and made my task a lot easier. “It’s rare to find a lawyer with whom you can have a sensible conversation about real world legal issues and their potential solutions. I very much enjoy discussing such matters with Will. His advice and guidance has been, and continues to be, invaluable to me personally, and to my company that requires the best legal advice. I would happily recommend Will for his sensible, pragmatic, supportive approach and look forward to working with him for many years to come.” Nik Chotai
“For any company going through a management buyout (MBO), the process is daunting with many potential complexities to overcome. It is incredibly important to instruct commercial lawyers that you trust have the experience and expert knowledge to help manage such a process. We found that Martyn, Will and the team at Flint Bishop LLP not only had both extensive experience and knowledge but were also personable, communicative and reliable from the moment our discussions began, always offering honest legal guidance on all matters throughout the process. Martyn and his team made every effort to make themselves available at all times, often outside of usual office hours, in order to achieve what was always a challenging timetable. We will be retaining Flint Bishop LLP as our legal advisors moving forward and would not hesitate in recommending others to use their services.” Matthew Ellis, Managing Director
