It has come to our attention that fraudulent emails are circulating, falsely claiming to be from our debt recovery department. These fraudulent emails are attempting to deceive recipients into paying a false debt and they appear to be specifically targeting legal practices.

We have thoroughly investigated this matter and can provide assurances that there has been no compromise or data breach at Flint Bishop.

How to identify these phishing emails and what to do:

To identify these phishing emails, please check the recipient email address.

You can do this by hovering over the email address to reveal the full details.

An email that is from us will always contain a name followed by @flintbishop.co.uk. As you can see in the example below the email address is different.

You’ll note that the emails are originating from ‘lou@jameswrightaccountants.co.uk’. If you receive an email from this address, please ignore and delete the email.

Your vigilance is crucial in helping us protect your information and maintain a secure environment.
