Before joining Flint Bishop, Aneela gained invaluable experience as an insurance claims handler, managing multi-million-pound contracts.
Her responsibilities included handling public liability, employer’s liability, and motor claims, as well as liaising with internal teams and external agents to investigate liability, submit defences, and pursue small claims and uninsured losses.
At Flint Bishop, Aneela has established a reputation for meticulous case management and technical expertise. She is skilled in managing small claims, fast-track, and multi-track cases, including cross-border disputes and claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau. Her proactive approach involves gathering and analysing critical evidence such as police reports, CCTV footage, and traffic light sequencing data to secure successful outcomes for clients.
Aneela has demonstrated strong leadership, taking sole responsibility for managing major client accounts.
