Aylin Kismetli is a Solicitor and Recoveries Manager in our Insurance Litigation practice, specialising in insurance recoveries.
Aylin joined the firm in February 2020 as a Legal Assistant and quickly became a key figure in developing the firm’s recoveries offering within the insurance litigation market. Her rapid progression reflects both her expertise and commitment, she was promoted to Team Leader in September 2022 and to Recoveries Manager in January 2024, qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2026.
In her current role, she leads the Recoveries team, overseeing day-to-day operations while supporting performance, growth, and development across the department. She has a proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes for clients while driving operational excellence.

With significant experience in high-volume recoveries work, Aylin understands the commercial impact of insured and uninsured losses, particularly for insurer clients and clients operating large vehicle fleets.
Aylin is known for her technical expertise and client-focused approach. She handles a broad range of matters, including subrogated and uninsured losses, breach of contract, and equitable claims. She is dedicated to securing full and fair recoveries, maximising claim outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
Working closely with insurers and self-insured organisations, Aylin provides tailored legal training, supports process improvement initiatives, and fosters strong, collaborative relationships.
Committed to continuous professional development, Aylin was part of the inaugural cohort of the Flint Bishop Law Academy in 2022.
