As a Court of Protection Solicitor, she plays a vital role in safeguarding the financial and property affairs of individuals who lack the capacity to manage their own affairs. A member of the Court of Protection Practitioners’ Association (CoPPA) and the Office of the Public Guardian Panel of professional deputies, Beverley acts as Deputy for a varied caseload, ensuring their financial security and well-being.

With a client-focused approach, she supports families, assists lay deputies, and provides expert legal guidance on complex Court of Protection matters.

With 27 years of expertise in Court of Protection work, Beverley has an extensive background in managing property and financial affairs for vulnerable individuals.

Her career has seen her develop and lead specialist teams, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Prior to joining Flint Bishop, she worked at Weightmans LLP as Head of the Court of Protection Team. She also served as a Panel Deputy and expert witness, preparing legal opinions and managing complex cases.

Beverley has also held key roles at other reputable firms, where she advised on estate administration, wills, trusts, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. Her experience includes business development, training, and delivering seminars to professionals and client groups.
