Beverley joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 as a Registry Assistant in our Ecclesiastical Law team based in our Leeds office.

With extensive experience across the administrative workings of parishes and churches within the Diocese of Leeds, she advises on matters ranging from ordinations and clergy appointments to marriage, burial, and cremation.

Beverley also provides guidance on faculty jurisdiction rules, consistory court processes, and the consecration or licensing of buildings and burial grounds, supporting clergy, church officers, and other stakeholders with clarity and efficiency.

Beverley regularly advises authorised clergy, churchwardens, Parochial Church Council secretaries, parish inspecting architects, local authorities, and the Diocesan Advisory Committee on a wide spectrum of ecclesiastical and administrative matters.

She also assists with enquiries on marriage law, baptisms, confirmations, and burials in accordance with the rites and ceremonies of the Church of England. Known for her down-to-earth and straightforward approach, Beverley ensures that our clients receive clear, practical advice.

She is highly regarded for her responsiveness and quick turnaround of documentation, fostering strong working relationships and building trust through efficiency and reliability.
