Calum Davies is an Associate in the Finance Dispute Resolution team within Flint Bishop, joining in 2025.

A Chartered Legal Executive, Calum specialises in handling complex finance-related litigation, including recoveries, title defect claims, and contractual disputes.

Working with national lender clients, Calum provides strategic legal advice on non-standard and contested matters, helping to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting commercial relationships. His practical, detail-oriented approach and strong understanding of financial services litigation make him a valuable asset to the team.

Calum also supports the development of junior team members, sharing his experience and contributing to the growth of the department.

Calum qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in dispute resolution.

He joined Flint Bishop from Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors, where he worked as a Legal Adviser advising on a wide range of litigation matters including property and boundary disputes, commercial contracts, and landlord and tenant issues.

Prior to this, Calum spent nearly 10 years at a leading commercial law firm in Leeds, progressing from Paralegal to Chartered Legal Executive within the Recoveries and Finance Dispute Resolution departments. His work focused primarily on lender clients, managing high-volume and complex caseloads.
