Charlene Binch is a solicitor in the Insurance Litigation team.

She is a ruthlessly well organised and highly effective lawyer, who consistently approaches her work in a methodical and professional manner. This, combined with her commitment to providing impeccable client care, ensures our insurer clients and their policyholders always achieve the best possible outcome.

In addition to her role as a solicitor, she is a valued member of the firm’s Social Committee and FB Junior Lawyers group, and one of three qualified mental health first aiders in our Derby office.

Working predominantly with motor insurers on small track, fast track and credit hire claims, Charlene has a particular expertise in advising on cases involving liability and quantum disputes.

Prior to joining Flint Bishop in 2019, Charlene acquired over 10 years’ experience acting solely on behalf of claimants, where she dealt with a wide range of matters including RTA cases, employers’ liability, public liability, and clinical negligence claims.

In addition to her personal injury experience, she also advised on landlord and tenant matters and debt recovery issues, some of which involved attending litigation proceedings in court.

Charlene completed her undergraduate degree in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) at Nottingham Law School and Nottingham Trent University.
