Elliot Metcalf is a conveyancing specialist whose knowledge and experience spans the whole conveyancing process.

He has held a variety of positions within an estate agent group before making the natural transition to working in the legal sector.

Elliot makes the complicated process of buying, selling or remortgaging a property as simple as possible, ensuring that you fully understand every step of the procedure.

Elliot has over 14 years of experience dealing with local, regional and national transactions in most types of conveyancing processes including freehold sales, leasehold sales, new build sales and remortgages.

He also assists clients with the purchasing and disposal of unregistered properties.

Elliot completed his Bachelor of Laws at Bradford Business School.
