In Initial Contact, he managed customer communications and over-the-phone dispute resolution, providing clear and practical guidance. While in the Pre-Legal team, he independently managed complex, high-balance caseloads for energy clients, achieving two settlements totalling £280,000 in a single day.

In the Litigation and Defended teams, Faris prepared witness statements, conducted hearing preparation, advised clients on costs and prospects, managed mediations, and drafted defences and replies to counterclaims, securing a successful first hearing with full costs awarded.

His experience reflects a combination of technical expertise, sound judgment, and a client-focused, problem-solving approach.
