Georgina is a Partner in our Finance Dispute Resolution team and has significant litigation experience and advises various lending institutions on a broad range of contentious matters, including complex and defended possession proceedings and other mortgage-related disputes.
She also regularly handles title rectification matters and claims involving the Land Registry, as well as professional negligence claims against both solicitors and valuers.
Georgina’s experience enables her to provide pragmatic, commercially minded, and cost-effective solutions to a wide range of issues regularly faced by lenders.
