Glenn joined Flint Bishop as a Partner in our Employment team, bringing over 35 years’ experience in employment law.

He advises businesses, directors, senior executives, and individuals on the full spectrum of employment law, taking a pragmatic and cost-effective approach, working to achieve his clients’ commercial and personal goals while minimising risk. Glenn advises clients across sectors including manufacturing, IT, construction, and healthcare, with particular expertise in TUPE, corporate restructuring, complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and Employment Tribunal litigation.

He is also highly experienced in advising on restrictive covenants, springboard injunctions, and matters before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.

Glenn has practised in Sheffield for over 30 years, joining Flint Bishop in 2025 after senior roles at Lupton Fawcett, Wake Smith and BRM Solicitors. He is based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

His clients include PLCs, SMEs, and medical practices both locally and nationally. He has notable expertise in national minimum wage matters and has successfully represented clients in Tribunal appeal cases.

Glenn regularly supports corporate transactions, providing specialist employment input on complex deals. Notably, he advised My Pension Expert Limited on the employment aspects of its acquisition of Tenet&You, a deal that went on to win Deal of the Year (sub £5m) at Insider Media’s 2024 Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.

Glenn is described as an extremely valued adviser in employment disputes. Clients say they would not use anyone else for employment law matters and regularly recommend him to others.
