Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2016, Harjit has developed significant expertise across a range of commercial property matters.

His knowledge includes a deep understanding of property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, land acquisitions for development, plot sales, overage agreements, options, conditional contracts, and secured lending. He is also experienced in complex transactions such as collective enfranchisement, right to manage, escheat, and bona vacantia.

Harjit has worked on high-value and notable transactions, including a £16m refinance of a leasehold site comprising over ten industrial units, recovering the freehold of a block of flats in London from the Crown, and the sale of a South Yorkshire taxi business for over £2m. He has also assisted with trademark registration and licensing agreements across the UK, EU, US, Australia, and New Zealand.

While his primary focus is commercial property, Harjit’s expertise extends to residential property, business sales and purchases, charity law, and intellectual property matters. He is committed to delivering clear, practical, and commercially sensible advice, adding value at every stage of a transaction and supporting clients’ long-term success.
