Harry Brogan is a Solicitor in our Finance Dispute Resolution team, having joined the firm in November 2021 before qualifying as a solicitor in 2026.

A highly driven and commercially aware lawyer, Harry has progressed through several roles at the firm, demonstrating strong technical ability, leadership, and a commitment to delivering practical solutions for clients. His progression reflects both his dedication and the confidence placed in him by colleagues and clients alike.

Harry advises on a broad range of finance dispute resolution and property-related litigation matters, with particular experience in title rectification and complex Land Registry issues. He is recognised for his pragmatic approach to technically challenging matters and his ability to support clients through complex disputes with clear, commercially focused advice.

Harry has developed significant experience across finance dispute resolution, property litigation, and complex title defect matters, acting primarily for secured lender clients.

A significant part of Harry’s practice focuses on title rectification work, including matters involving mistakenly discharged charges, lost or destroyed title deeds, registration defects, and post-completion failures following SRA interventions into law firms. He regularly assists with applications for first registration, reinstatement of legal charges, and complex Land Registry matters requiring both technical precision and a commercially pragmatic approach.

He has also been involved in High Court Part 8 proceedings seeking declarations of mistake, vesting orders, and orders directing the Chief Land Registrar to rectify the Land Register. Working closely with Counsel and senior members of the team, he has supported matters from pre-action through to resolution, contributing to drafting, legal research, strategic case progression, and client communication throughout.

In addition to title rectification matters, Harry has experience advising on contested possession proceedings, relief from forfeiture matters, and professional negligence-related disputes involving property registration issues. His broad exposure to both property and civil litigation has enabled him to develop a strong technical understanding alongside the ability to adapt quickly to complex and evolving disputes.

Harry is also recognised for his growing commercial awareness and client management skills. He regularly works directly with lender clients on ongoing workstreams, attending review meetings to discuss progress, identify risks, and help deliver practical and commercially effective solutions.

Prior to joining the Finance Dispute Resolution team, Harry gained experience within the firm’s Debt Recovery department, where he developed a strong grounding in litigation and client service.
