Hollie specialises in commercial property transactions, acting for SME property investors, developers, banks, funds, pension trustees and owner-managed businesses. Her work encompasses acquisitions, disposals, lettings, refinancing transactions and ongoing portfolio management across a wide range of commercial and industrial property assets.

She advises property developers on the acquisition and financing of development land, supporting schemes from initial site acquisition through to completion. For investor clients, Hollie regularly handles commercial property acquisitions, disposals and lettings, as well as lease renewals, regears and wider asset management matters designed to maximise portfolio performance.

In addition, Hollie acts for both borrowers and lenders on property finance and secured lending transactions, bringing extensive experience in refinancing investment portfolios and commercial premises. She also advises landlords and tenants across a variety of sectors, including retail, hospitality and not-for-profit organisations, preparing and negotiating leases and associated property documentation.

Recent examples of Hollie’s work include advising on the acquisition of seven commercial units on an industrial estate, managing a series of complex transactions involving the surrender, leasing and partial disposal of industrial land, and supporting a developer with the financing of a multi-million-pound residential development. More recently, she has acted on the refinance of a £12 million investment property portfolio, advised on the acquisition of a £7 million business premises, assisted with the refinance of a £10 million manufacturing facility, and completed numerous lease renewals for investor landlords within multi-let commercial buildings.

By combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach, Hollie helps investors, lenders, developers and occupiers confidently navigate complex property transactions and achieve their long-term commercial objectives.
