Janet Rhodes joined Flint Bishop in July 2023 as Partner & Head of Commercial Property.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the real estate industry, Janet has a wealth of experience and a successful track record representing a diverse range of high-profile clients.
Janet’s body of work includes handling multi-million-pound property funding for various portfolios, acting on behalf of both local and national clients and corporates. She has also overseen significant commercial and industrial projects such as care homes, pub company groups, and industrial estates.
Her notable work highlights include the £18m acquisition of a care home portfolio and the £9m acquisition on behalf of a national bingo operator company. Additionally, Rhodes has played a pivotal role in assisting multiple high-street banks and corporate lenders with refinancing and funding transactions.
Janet is also consistently recognised as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the world’s leading legal directory, The Legal 500 UK.
