Kelly Savage is a Senior Associate in Commercial Dispute Resolution, specialising in complex commercial litigation. She has a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate transaction disputes, professional negligence, and property litigation.

She is extremely outcome-focused, and hardworking and has a sound understanding of her clients’ needs. She provides strong tactical and strategic advice to complement a commercial approach to litigation.

In 2024, Kelly was recognised as a Lead Associate in Legal 500 and an Associate to Watch in Chambers and Partners.

Kelly has built a strong client base and whilst maintaining a workload of her own, has taken an active role in the day-to-day management of partner-led matters involving high-level complex litigation.

Kelly joined Flint Bishop early on in her legal career and completed a training contract within our Dispute Resolution team. She has continued to develop her expertise, working closely with senior figures who are recognised by The Legal 500 as Leading Individuals within our ‘Top Tier’ commercial litigation team.
