Linzi Beardsley is a Solicitor in Flint Bishop’s Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, based in our Derby office.

Linzi works with individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters, providing advice and support in relation to wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and succession planning. She adopts a practical and client-focused approach, helping clients plan for the future, protect their assets and manage their personal affairs with confidence.

Working closely with colleagues across the team, Linzi supports clients through important life events and long-term planning decisions, delivering clear, straightforward advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

Linzi has experience advising on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration and succession planning.

She has supported clients with estate planning and wealth preservation arrangements, assisted with estate administrations, and gained exposure to complex private client matters, including cross-border succession issues and personal injury trusts.

Before joining Flint Bishop, Linzi completed her training contract with JMW Solicitors LLP, where she worked within the Private Wealth team supporting a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals. Her work included preparing wills and trust documentation, advising on succession matters, liaising with HMRC and the Probate Registry, and supporting clients throughout the estate administration process.

Prior to commencing her training contract, Linzi worked at Actons Solicitors in Nottingham within the Personal Injury department. During this time, she assisted on employers’ liability and public liability matters, drafted litigation documentation and developed strong client care and case management skills.

Through her experience across both private wealth and litigation environments, Linzi has developed a strong understanding of the importance of clear communication, attention to detail and delivering practical legal solutions that meet clients’ individual needs.
