Maddison Kendrick is a Trainee Solicitor within our Dispute Management team at Flint Bishop.

She is approachable, driven, and client-focused, working closely with individuals and businesses involved in a wide range of disputes. Maddison is committed to providing clear, practical support, helping clients navigate often complex and fast-moving legal issues with confidence and clarity.

She values building strong working relationships and takes a calm, organised approach to supporting both clients and colleagues throughout the dispute process.

Maddison joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 and began her training contract in our Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust team, having previously worked at Lupton Fawcett from June 2024 as a Legal Assistant.

During her time in Private Client work, she developed strong technical and client-facing skills, assisting with estate administration, drafting Wills, and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. This experience strengthened her attention to detail, organisational ability, and sensitivity when dealing with personal and often complex matters.

Maddison has now moved into Dispute Management, where she is building on these foundations by applying her problem-solving skills and client care approach to contentious matters. She is developing confidence in litigation processes while continuing to provide reliable and efficient support to fee earners and clients.
