Molly Harvey is a trainee solicitor within our Debt Services department, working closely with our Litigation and Debt Recovery Escalations teams.

Since joining the firm in 2023, she has taken a practical and solutions-focused approach to helping clients and colleagues achieve effective outcomes. Molly is dedicated to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, ensuring that legal and operational requirements are met without compromising on care or precision.

Molly is enthusiastic about developing her expertise across a range of practice areas and utilising her experience in resolving contentious matters. She takes pride in balancing dispute resolution with exceptional customer care, ensuring that our clients’ commercial goals are achieved whilst supporting their long-term customer relationships. Collaborative by nature, she welcomes opportunities to learn from others and share her growing knowledge.

Molly joined Flint Bishop in 2023 as a collections advisor in the Initial Contact team shortly after completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University

Within five months of joining the firm, she transitioned into a legal assistant role within the Litigation team to support a high-volume debt sale project, before progressing to paralegal.

Since the end of 2023, Molly has been closely involved in the newly established Debt Recovery Escalations team, managing complaints for the firm’s largest department largely independently for almost two years. During this time, she has been instrumental in shaping and refining the complaints handling process, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for clients and their customers. Her work has strengthened her adaptability, communication skills, and ability to deliver commercially focused solutions while maintaining excellent client care.

Molly’s commitment to quality, willingness to take on responsibility, and focus on achieving positive outcomes continue to make her a valuable member of our growing Debt Services team.
