Rachel McCurdy is a Trainee Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team based in our Leeds office.
As part of her training contract, Rachel held a seat to our Family Law team, where she developed her experience in advising and supporting clients through emotionally sensitive and high-stakes matters. Her background in dispute work has strengthened her litigation skills, independent case handling and client communication, all of which translate effectively into family law practice.
Rachel is known for her meticulous approach, strong organisational skills and calm, clear communication when dealing with complex and sensitive issues.

Rachel joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, initially gaining experience within Dispute Management following her move from Lupton Fawcett.
Rachel graduated from the University of Hull in 2021 with a First Class Honours degree in Criminology with Law, with her dissertation published in the University’s academic journal. She went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2022 and the Legal Practice Course in 2023 at Leeds Beckett University.
