She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection matters and is dedicated to guiding clients through sensitive and complex legal processes with clarity, patience, and empathy.
Samantha provides practical solutions during some of life’s most sensitive moments, supporting both clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes.

Samantha joined Flint Bishop in September 2025 after progressing from Administrative Assistant to qualified Solicitor at a Northern based firm.
Since qualifiying in April 2025 she has specialised in preparing Wills, drafting LPAs, managing estate administration, and assisting with Court of Protection Deputyship matters.
Known for her approachable and reliable manner, Samantha prioritises keeping clients informed and supported throughout complex and often emotional processes.
