Sophie Rock is an enthusiastic and personable solicitor who joined Flint Bishop in July 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Debt Recovery department.

Her exceptional performance and leadership skills led to her promotion to Team Leader in February 2022. In this role, Sophie supervised a large team of Collections Advisors, managed key client relationships, and handled a senior-level caseload of debt recovery matters.

She also gained experience within the Commercial & Data Protection team before ultimately qualifying as a solicitor in the Commercial Property department.

Throughout her tenure with Flint Bishop, Sophie has gained extensive experience in debt recovery, commercial contracts, litigation and commercial property.

She has developed strong leadership skills, managed complex caseloads, and contributed to significant projects for major clients. Her expertise also covers commercial matters such as data protection, intellectual property, and technology contracts. Sophie is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.

Her leadership qualities are further demonstrated through her advocacy for professional development, including mentoring a first-year trainee and co-founding the Derby Young Professionals group.
