Star Sen joined Flint Bishop in March 2026 as a Large Loss Chartered Legal Executive.

She specialises in defending high-value and complex personal injury claims, acting for insurers, brokers, businesses and individuals across employer’s liability, public liability, product liability and road traffic accident matters. With extensive experience managing multi-track and large loss litigation, Star advises clients throughout the claims process, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to the circumstances of each case.

Working closely with insurers and corporate clients, Star takes a proactive and collaborative approach to resolving complex claims efficiently while protecting her clients’ commercial interests. She has particular experience supporting clients through sensitive and technically challenging personal injury matters, helping them navigate litigation with confidence.

Star has nearly a decade of experience in personal injury litigation, acting predominantly for insurers and corporate clients on complex defendant claims.

She began her legal career at DAS Law in Bristol, where she completed the firm’s inaugural Graduate Scheme, gaining experience across employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims before progressing to a multi-track paralegal role supporting senior solicitors on more complex litigation.

In 2019, Star joined DWF, where she spent six years developing her defendant personal injury practice. She initially managed her own employer’s liability, public liability and product liability caseload before joining the firm’s London Catastrophic Injury team. There, she worked alongside senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims involving brain injuries, amputations, orthopaedic injuries, multi-trauma incidents and fatal accidents, acting on behalf of major insurers.

After qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2023, Star joined Kennedys, where she continued advising insurers on catastrophic employer’s liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims before joining Flint Bishop in 2026.

Star holds an LLB in Law, completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2015 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).
