As a registered member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), Sundeep has a wealth of expertise in will, trust and estate disputes, regularly challenging and defending estates on behalf of clients.

She has significant experience of guiding clients through disputes surrounding the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, validity of wills often involving issues of testamentary capacity and undue influence, the removal of executors, proprietary claims including constructive and resulting trusts and proprietary estoppel, trust disputes, professional negligence relating to wills and trusts and Court of Protection disputes.

Sundeep also continues to advise companies and individuals on a variety of complex matters including acting for several individuals in high profile insurance disputes affecting commercial properties involving losses totalling several millions of pounds. In addition to insurance disputes, she also regularly handles complex and high-value property and land dispute matters.

Alongside providing legal support for clients, Sundeep frequently speaks at seminars and training courses demonstrating her expertise and knowledge.

She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Birmingham and her Legal Practice Course at Birmingham College of Law.
