Temwachi specialises in will writing and estate planning, advising clients on a range of matters designed to protect their assets and ensure their wishes are clearly documented.

Her work includes drafting both straightforward and complex wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on severance of joint ownership arrangements where trusts and succession planning considerations arise. She regularly meets with clients to discuss their circumstances and develop solutions tailored to their individual needs and objectives.

Prior to joining our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, Temwachi built valuable experience across a range of private client roles, including positions in wills and probate, probate administration and trust management. This broad background has given her a strong understanding of estate planning, probate and trust-related matters.

Throughout her career, Temwachi has worked closely with a diverse range of clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals, couples and families. She is experienced in supporting clients through significant life events, including bereavement, relationship breakdowns and changing family circumstances, helping them navigate complex issues with confidence.

Temwachi holds a First Class LLB Law degree and combines technical knowledge with a practical and client-focused approach, ensuring clients receive clear advice and solutions that meet their long-term needs.
