Having developed a diverse commercial litigation practice, Yuval has extensive experience managing disputes from initial assessment through to resolution. He regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, risk management and commercial decision-making, helping them navigate complex legal issues while remaining focused on their wider business objectives.
In addition to his litigation work, Yuval has experience negotiating settlements and resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation and without-prejudice negotiations. He has also been involved in court proceedings, advocacy and working alongside specialist counsel on high-value and technically complex matters.
Yuval’s previous in-house advisory experience has given him a valuable understanding of commercial contracts, corporate governance and the operational challenges faced by businesses.
