Karima Amlani is an experienced litigator who handles a varied caseload of motor fraud and credit hire matters consisting of small track, fast track, and multi-track cases.
She uses her strong technical knowledge and analytical skills to achieve the best results for her clients, regularly providing training and clinic days to assist in strategies to combat fraud.
In addition, she uses her vast supervisory skills accumulated from her career to date to help develop her colleagues’ technical knowledge, case-handling skills, and performance.

With over 20 years’ experience as a litigator, Karima handles a significant and varied caseload of credit hire matters, frequently securing successful results for our insurer clients.
She has worked with the full spectrum of insurance companies, from large multi-national insurers to small specialist providers, as well as representing individual claimants. Her experience also includes large loss and clinical negligence claims.
Recognised as an extremely valued member of the Insurance Litigation department and the wider firm, Karima was promoted to the role of Associate in December 2022.
