Meghan is a Partner in Flint Bishop’s Regulatory Corporate Defence team, with over ten years’ experience in criminal and regulatory defence.
Meghan represents directors, companies, and other professionals in matters involving the Police, HSE, ICO, HMRC, Companies House, and the Environment Agency. She is personable and approachable, building strong rapport with clients to guide them through investigations or prosecutions, and focuses on achieving the best possible outcome with meticulous preparation and strategic advice.

Megan joined Flint Bishop in September 2025, having previously worked at Lupton Fawcett and Howard & Byrne.
Named as a Legal 500 Rising Star in Crime and Fraud for Yorkshire & Humber in 2021, she has extensive experience defending complex fraud, serious sexual offences, assaults, murder, and road traffic offences. She regularly represents clients at PACE interviews and in court proceedings, and her proactive approach often results in cases being discontinued, no further action taken, or acquittals achieved. Meghan is committed to tailoring her advice to each client’s unique situation, ensuring exceptional representation at every stage.
