Priya Shahi is a Solicitor in our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team, based in our Derby office.
She specialises in advising individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. Priya works closely with clients to provide clear, practical guidance on planning for the future, ensuring their assets and wishes are protected.
In her role, Priya manages a varied caseload and supports senior members of the team on complex estates and trust matters. Her client-focused approach and attention to detail help deliver the high level of service that Flint Bishop is known for.

Priya qualified as a solicitor in 2023, and since then has built her expertise in estate administration, drafting wills and powers of attorney, and guiding clients through probate and inheritance matters.
Her experience includes advising on obtaining grants of probate, settling estate liabilities, and ensuring estates are administered efficiently in accordance with legal requirements. Priya’s expertise in private client work, combined with her commitment to excellent client care, makes her a valuable addition to the team.
