Our Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team is one of the largest in the Midlands
We provide advice in respect of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Intestacy, Deeds of Variation, Care of the Elderly, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Trusts.
We also handle strategic tax planning and probate matters for both non-UK based clients with assets in the UK and UK based clients holding assets abroad.

All of our members of staff are experts in their field and three members of the team are Trust and Estate Practitioners. They have all passed all of the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) exams. Several members of the team are also fully accredited members of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
Our Wills & Probate team also support the Alzheimer’s Society and all of our team are ‘Dementia Friends’, with some members being ‘Dementia Friend’ Champions.
